Monday Nights

Mommy & Me – Movement and Fun with Props 5:30-6:25 pm

Adult Beginners Movement and Technique 6:30-7:45 pm

Adult Intermediate with Choreography 7:50-9pm

Thursday nights – class sizes are very small, limited to 4 people and held in my home. Times are now flipped! Adult Beginners -7:30 – 9 pm, Adult Intermediate 6-7:15 pm

Students are busy working in rehearsals and learning new choreography, guest performers and vendors have been invited, tickets are NOW available!  All that’s missing is YOU!

Advance tickets are $5 and available through Essex Community Services OR through Aiyanna directly.

Join us for our annual Student performance with special guest performers and do some shopping.  Proceeds to benefit our favourite local charity Essex Community Services.

Mother/Daughter class – this is a fun class where the focus is on child bellydance. (For children over 6 and below the age of 12.) Mothers/Aunties/Grandmothers are encouraged to attend and participate with their child at no additional cost. Learn easy movements and veil. $65/6 weeks. Mondays ESSEX 5:30-6:25pm at the 1st Defense Martial Arts Studio

Adult Beginners – if you have never belly danced before – this is the class for you! Movement breakdown with a focus on posture & technique, minimal choreography. Try something fun, make new friends. This is an adult class, however mature teens are welcome. $70/6 weeks (when paid in advance of the first class get a $5 discount – $65/6 weeks, before January 10 th)

Mondays ESSEX 6:30-7:45 pm at the 1st Defense Martial Arts Studio

In the past I have rented space from the Martial Arts Studio in Essex.  This building has recently been demolished.  The Town of Essex (who owned the building) has decided that rather than make the necessary repairs to the structure they would tear it down.   This leaves Belly Dance Essex operating out of my home studio for the time being until I can find other space.  BUT it also means classes are smaller, more intimate with more personalized instruction and more flexible to suit your schedule – the following is the schedule that I have offered in the past – but I have also offered classes at numerous other time slots to suit demanding schedules – contact me for more information.  Aiyanna at bellydance.essex@gmail.com.
